Alternative Organizations
Course description
Alternative Organizations: The term "organization" refers to a wide range of coordination patterns, yet mainstream management scholarship focuses primarily, if not exclusively, on a limited part of the organizational ecosystem-corporations and market management. Researchers seeking knowledge in and about the multitude of forms beyond this section often define their field as alternative organizations (see, e.g., Parker, Cheney, Fournier, & Land, 2014).
