Organizational Ethnography

Aims

To learn about the use of qualitative research methods in social sciences
To apply these methods in the study of contemporary organizations
To problematize social practices and actively look for constructive solutions to occurring problems
To think laterally about organizing and organizations
To understand the empirical base for contemporary theorizing about organizations and organizing
To acquire basic methodological skills needed for field research and/or qualitative consulting methods such as Action Research
